2010 Gibson Custom Shop 1957 Les Paul VOS w/SD Antiquity Humbuckers

This is an absolutely gorgeous looking, sounding, and playing '57 reissue Les Paul Goldtop from the Gibson Custom Shop!

Gibson don't always get it right, but when they do, it is GOOD! This Custom Shop 1957 Les Paul VOS is one of those end game guitars that ticks all the boxes and just plays beautifully, it's a perfect example of what a good LP should be - and completely devoid of robot tuners! This one features all the good stuff; a 1-piece mahogany body and maple cap with a chunky mahogany neck and stunning, chocolatey rosewood fretboard with MOP inlays. The lacquer finish and hardware has undergone the Custom Shop VOS aging process which is one of our favourites, it just takes that "new guitar" shine off and looks like a 65 year old guitar that's been very well looked after.

Overall condition is very tidy, but a few reversible modifications have been made; namely the pickups have been upgraded with Seymour Duncan Antiquities which absolutely nail that PAF tone, but the original Custom Shop Burstbuckers are included. Schaller strap buttons have been added but the originals are included. The pickguard complete with mounting screws is also included. The plastic jack plate has been swapped for a metal one, which is very common for better durability.
