A premium, all-solid wood acoustic guitar designed for players who need an instrument that handles both delicate fingerstyle and heavy flatpicking with equal balance. Built in Vancouver, Canada, the L-05E is part of Larrivée's Select Series, featuring their signature "L" body shape—a proprietary design that matches the lower-bout punch of a dreadnought with the focused mid-range clarity of an orchestra model.
The guitar is constructed with a solid Sitka spruce top paired with premium solid mahogany back and sides, complemented by maple binding and an abalone rosette. The mahogany neck joins the body via a traditional hand-fitted dovetail joint, and features an ebony fingerboard with a comfortable 1.75" nut width, giving your fingers extra room for intricate chord work.
It has been fitted with the industry-standard L.R. Baggs Anthem pickup system, which combines a true condenser microphone with an under-saddle element to deliver a highly natural, microphone-quality acoustic tone through a PA or amplifier.
Includes the original Larrivée deluxe hardshell case.
