Level 3, Step 2 Operation

During Level 3, Step 2, The Guitar Gallery will reopen to customers, but due to the store being based in a basement, we will be taking extra precautions to keep you safe including all staff being fully vaccinated.

The main difference is that we will be running by appointment for the most part. You can book an appointment by getting in touch (see below). You are welcome to try visiting, and if we have no appointment happening or imminently, we will be happy to see you, but you will be required to leave in time for the next appointment.

Inside the store, you are required to wear a mask (unless you can provide physical evidence of an exemption), scan or sign in, and not come into the store if you feel unwell. We will ask you to leave if you are unwilling to do any of the above. When available, we will be running and adhering to the vaccine passport system.

We will only be allowing one customer in the store at a time, so we can disinfect between customers. One customer can attend with their partner or child(ren) but not anyone from another bubble.

Contactless pickup remains available for those not comfortable coming into the store.

At this time we have expanded our range, so please get in touch about any musical instrument item and we can advise what is available. Our mail order service remains in place
