"The Griffin Standard carries forward the same compact, comfortable rock guitar feel, but with a few subtle tweaks for the new 26/27 range.

The Griffin has always been about keeping things simple a slightly smaller body, great weight, short 24.625″ scale and a feel that makes it very hard to put down.

For this version, we’ve kept the core idea intact, but for the first time on a production model, Gordon Smith, we’ve fitted our GSG moulded mini humbuckers. They keep the guitar clear, punchy and articulate, with a bit more focus and snap than a full-size humbucker.

Available in Natural with a mahogany body, rosewood fingerboard and nickel hardware, or Jet Black with an Obeche body, ebony fingerboard and black hardware, the Griffin Standard is very simply just very cool."
