This is a gorgeous Gold Top Les Paul in as-new condition!
Gibson knew what they were doing when they released the Les Paul Standard '50s; a no-frills American made workhorse guaranteed to appease the traditionalist in all of us by taking the model back to its roots. Features include a thick slab of mahogany, rosewood fingerboard, gloss nitrocellulose lacquer, two snarling P90s - and a complete absence of robot tuners.
This example falls bang in the middle of the typical Les Paul weight range at 9lb 12oz, which is impressive given the lack of weight relief, and makes for a very well balanced guitar. The neck features a mid '50s style neck carve that feels nice and full and is very comfortable with extended play.
In excellent as-new condition with original hardshell case and accessories.
