Built in the USA during the height of Genz Benz's partnership with Kaman/Fender, this 2009 Genz Benz Diablo 100 is a masterpiece of engineering. Known for its tank-like construction and liquid-blue glow, it features a dual-channel design—Warm and Hot—powered by four EL34 power tubes and three 12AX7 preamp tubes, delivering everything from vintage cleans to high-gain modern distortion. It’s a versatile powerhouse that can handle everything from pristine Vox-like cleans to searing, high-gain modern metal.
A back panel switch allows the output to be toggled between 100 watts and 50 watts, providing flexibility for different volume requirements and power-tube saturation levels.
The Diablo 100 offers extensive tonal control through an Active EQ and a Tube Contour knob, which adjusts the mid-range character between a vintage response and a tighter, modern gain. Additional features include an Accutronics long-pan spring reverb, a global "Attack" boost for lead playing, and heavy-duty side handles for easier transport.
Includes: Original 5-button footswitch
